Peter is a Chartered Accountant with a background in investment banking and project execution. A frontier and emerging market specialist, Peter focuses on the establishment and development of businesses primarily in the gold mining, medicinal cannabis and technology sectors.
Michael Howard - Director & Chief Operations Officer
Michael is an experienced alluvial gold geologist and mine operator. He specializes in project evaluation, mine development and mine efficiency. Michael has reviewed dozens of alluvial gold projects and executed many exploration programs resulting in mineral resources/reserves. Michael has established several placer operations on a large scale.
Terrence Gilmore – Operations and Plant Manager
Terrence is an experienced alluvial gold miner and mine operator. He has been involved with project evaluation, mine development and mine efficiency focusing on heavy equipment and plant selection. Terrence has helped assess dozens of alluvial gold projects and completed exploration programs across various regions worldwide. Terrence has also been involved in establishing large-scale alluvial operations.
Reece Henry - Non-Executive Director
Reece Henry is a JORC compliant geologist with work experience in Mongolia, Australia, Africa and the USA across multiple commodities. Reece is an expert in mine optimization having worked on several projects to improve efficiencies and minimize production costs, marrying geology and mine engineering to deliver cost effective outcomes.
Paul Glavine - Non-Executive Director
Paul has advised on Mergers and Acquisitions in excess of US$150M in a diverse range of market spaces. Paul is a passionate investor and entrepreneur with success in building several companies. He is the founder of the publicly traded company, Cybin (Market Capitalization US$300 million, NEO:CYBN) and represents several companies at a board level.
Karim Lalani - Non-Executive Director
Karim is a practicing attorney primarily in the areas of Canadian and US corporate finance and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. He has been involved in acquisitions, financings and reorganizations of various types and sizes, including Canadian, US and cross-border private and public debt and equity offerings, take-over bids and mergers and acquisitions transactions involving local, national and international companies.
